Sample random numbers according to one of three distributions.
Yellow: Pick five distinct white integers from {1, …, 70} and one yellow integer from {1, …, 25}.
Red: Pick five distinct white integers from {1, …, 69} and one red integer from {1, …, 26}.
Green: Pick five distinct white integers from {1, …, 60} and one green integer from {1, …, 4}.
